Rules of Computer Use

The Touro College Libraries provide Touro students, faculty, and staff with access to library resources to assist in educational endeavors. The following policy for use of public workstation will help ensure that the computers are available for academic work:

1. No personal emailing, chatting, web surfing, and social networking.
2. No online games.
3. No streaming videos.
4. No tampering with or changing the workstation or default setup.
5. No word processing.
6. Absolutely no food or drinks near the computers.

Users are responsible for obeying all copyright laws and for complying with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning the privacy and confidentiality of information.
